I found my style

Hello!

I found my style for my 2015 Project Life. I did my August 2014 Project Life with all black and white photos and a color scheme of pink and I love it! I think for 2015 I am going to do my whole album with black and white photos. For me, it brings out the beauty in the photos and makes the colors of the cards pop! Also it will add a consistency to my album that I think will be really nice. I am working on finishing my 2014 album right now and I can't wait to start on 2015 now that I have a plan and style in place!

week end 2

I hope your week has been better than mine. I am just getting over the stomach flu.

This week I've been contemplating what kind of planner to get for next year. This year I got a Totoro one online and the three years past I had Erin Condren planners which I really loved. Planners seem to be a big trend now and there are alot of options. There is Elise's Get to Work Book to consider and the classic Filofax.  Not sure what I will choose yet... do you have any feedback?

Hello! I'm trying to start some regular posts that hopefully I will keep up with every week! Today I want to share some links that you might enjoy too!

First of all, I love Antilight blog, her layouts are so beautiful and her photography and drawings are gorgeous. She really inspires creativity.

Another great blog is Analog Paper. Here she provides a great post with a template to print photos on your Canon Selphy printer!

I am going to switch my 2015 Project Life album (if I ever catch up on 2014! always behind.....) to a smaller format. Michelle de Leon's post really helped in deciding what size to choose.

And I totally want to do this Disney cookie crawl!

At the Lake

Hello!

How is your Monday? Sick of the cold here! Can't wait for summer! Today I am sharing a post from our trip last summer to Ontario. We had a great time in Lake of the Woods (Kenora) Ontario for a family reunion with my dad's side. It was really nice because it was the first time alot of them met my husband. He also got to see and experience things I have told him about from my childhood like the sauna, the Chip Truck and Husky the Musky. It was really a wonderful time relaxing by the beautiful lake and spending time with family.
